
Linda McMillan is a graduate of the University of Texas where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological studies in 1984. After working for some time as a geological consultant, Ms. McMillan participated in a joint degree program through the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver and the Colorado School of Mines obtaining both her J.D. from the University of Denver in 1990 and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines in 1992. Ms. McMillan has considerable experience in the areas of estate planning, contract law, real estate, probate, elder law, and Medicaid related issues. She is currently the Pueblo County Public Administrator and is active on the Boards of the Pueblo Symphony and Hellstern Foundation.
